F. Highlander Designs was founded in 2001 in Tulsa, OK by Kim Hagan (that's me!). My first visit to a local bead store was amazing, and woke up a passion for beading and design that drop kicked me right into living my dream. Years of learning, sharing, and teaching beadwork technique, design, and passion all culminated in this company, F. Highlander Designs... Where beautiful beads meet extraordinary design.

I revel in the variety of colors, sizes, shapes, textures, lusters, and individual beauty of beads just waiting to become part of something treasured. Where to use a bead sometimes is instantaneously apparent. Other times it takes years for the bead's true calling to be discovered. When the process comes together naturally to create a beautiful piece of beaded jewelry you see wonderous results. Shipping Information: Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. You will be notified via e-mail of your order's status. Please call or e-mail me if your need your item in a specific time frame and I will make every effort to meet your needs!

All items are shipped by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. You get to choose your preferred delivery method when checking out. Shipping charges are visible so you can select an option that fits your budget.

Refund Policy: You are protected by our 30 day unconditional money back guarentee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact me for a full refund (not including shipping costs). You will need to contact me prior to returning the item for a monetary refund.

Cancelation Policy: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund. If the item has not shipped, we will simply refund your money. If the item has shipped, contact us to let us know you will be returning the item. Once it is received, we will issue you a full refund (Shipping charges not included).

Repairs: Routine repairs are offered at no cost for the life of the jewelry. You ship the item to me (you pay shipping to me), I repair it and return ship the item back to you (I pay for shipping back to you).
